Gifts for the Kitchen and Home:
- I bought my first Instant Pot in a Black Friday sale 4 years ago. It’s still one of the best purchases I have ever made, and I use my Instant Pot almost every day (I bought a new one when I moved back to the US this past summer because I couldn’t pack my first one)! It makes cooking soups, stews, grains, curries, beans, and SO much more a breeze. If you’ve been waiting to take the plunge with a purchase, there are great deals on for the holidays!
- Here are a few super easy recipes you can make in an Instant Pot: Apple Pie Steel Cut Oats, Lentil Bolognese, Lentil Soup
Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag* (discount code)
- I started using Ellie’s Nut Milk Bag for 1.5 years and it’s the best quality nut milk bag I’ve come across. It’s fantastic for making homemade almond, cashew, and any other nut milk, and I also use it to make celery juice!
- Discount Code: Use bitesbybekah for 10% off your entire cart order
- My crisper tray has been a game-changer – it bakes up fries, tofu, tempeh, tater tots, and other foods to be super crispy, with very little or no oil needed.
Teapigs Tea (discount code)
- I am a HUGE tea drinker and Teapigs is genuinely my favourite tea company. Their tea is a bit pricier than your average supermarket tea. BUT it is very high-quality, contains no plastic, and their flavours are absolutely gorgeous. Whether you’re all about green tea, your classic English Breakfast, or fun festive flavours (I’m loving their limited edition Gingerbread Tea), you can find the right tea blend for you. Oh, and did I mention they also do matcha?!
- Discount Code: Use BEKAH20 for 20% off both the US (teapigs.com) and UK websites (www.teapigs.co.uk) – valid until 31st January 2021.
Gifts for Recipe Inspo:
- This cookbook hasn’t even come out yet and I already know it’s going to be good. Dr. Greger’s NutritionFacts.org is my go-to source for all things nutrition, and the sneak peek recipes that have come out on their Instagram feed have all looked fab. Side note – release day is on my birthday!
- I’ve been following Jenné from @sweetpotatosoul for years, and her recipes are the epitome of soul food. I figure after the year we’ve been having, we could all use extra comfort food.
- Hannah was one of the first vegan YouTubers I started following 4.5 years ago. She shares loads of easy and healthy plant-based recipes. I bought her ‘Epic Vegan Pressure Cooking’ eBook and love the recipes and guides included! For Black Friday weekend, all of her eBooks are 50% off!
Health and Fitness Gifts:
Nuzest Protein Powder* (discount code)
- I’ve been a fan of Nuzest’s Protein Powder for years now. I got hooked after tasting their Chai Turmeric + Maca Clean Lean Protein, and am still obsessed today! Their protein is high-quality, made with natural and clean ingredients, and is a great way to add extra protein to your diet.
- Discount Code: Use BEKAH15 for 15% off your entire cart order for both the UK website and US website; a 30% off discount for Black Friday will be automatically added to your cart on the US website when you use this link, up until 1st Dec 2020!
- There’s nothing like a beautiful set of matching activewear to motivate you to get your body moving. I have been using Kaira Active’s activewear for my morning yoga flows, and the material and movement is beautiful. I especially love how the material is made from recycled plastic from the ocean, making it a wonderfully sustainable gift too! They’re doing a 25% off sale for Black Friday Weekend.
Fitbit Fitness and Activity Tracker*
- I got my own Fitbit tracker in a Black Friday sale two years ago, and it is still going strong. It has made me much more conscious of my daily movement and steps, and is a great way to track fitness, sleep, and other health areas as well. If you’ve been finding lockdown and quarantine is cutting down on your activity levels, a Fitbit could be just the motivation you need to get more activity in the new year.
Eco-friendly and Sustainable Gifts:
- I am in love with my Coconut Bowl, and not just for how beautiful it is to serve up food in. The company’s values and sustainability ethos is just another reason to check them out. Plus, their Black Friday sale is up to 50% off everything.
Reusable Chilly’s Water Bottle*
- A reusable water bottle is a great way to reduce plastic. Chilly’s water bottle are some of the best quality and I have been using and loving mine for over a year now. They can keep water cold or boiling hot for hours on end, and are perfect to bring on long walks.
Holiday Gift Ideas and Christmas Cheer:
