Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then chop into cubes or tear into pieces. If using Nasoya's pre-made teriyaki tofu, skip this step. Toss each tofu piece in corn starch, and then fry them up on a pan, getting every side so it's crispy all around. Remove the tofu pieces from the pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, mix the water, cornstarch, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger, and cook for a few minutes until thickened.

Add frozen stir-fry veggies to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes until they're no longer frozen.

Then add the fried tofu to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is well coated in the sauce.

Serve over rice and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds for added crunch and flavor.
