1/3cupJake’s Boost Banana Boost Butter*or other nut/seed butter of choice
1.5cupsoats*use gluten-free if needed
1/2cupsultanas
2Tbspmaple syrup
1flax egg*mix together 1 tablespoons ground flax and 3 tablespoons water, let set for ~10mins
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F/180 C.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the nut/seed butter and combine it with the banana. Add the maple syrup, flax egg, oats, and sultanas. Mix until well combined.
Roll into balls and press down on a baking tray to make a cookie shape (they won’t expand much during cooking). I made 12 cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops turn golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Move to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!
