Banana Bread Bliss Balls

Freezer Time 15 minutes
Servings 14 balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mashed banana (around 3 bananas)
  • 1/3 cup @jakesboost banana boost (or any nut butter you have)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or walnuts, coconut, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add the @jakesboost banana boost, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix.
  2. Add in all dry ingredients (oats, spices), and optional add-ins. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Form into balls.

  4. Stick in the freezer for 15 minutes to help them solidify, if necessary. Take out and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

* Store in the fridge for 3-4 days, or store in the freezer and just take them out about 30 minutes before you want to eat them to defrost.
