Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 blocks Frozen spinach
  • ½ cup Plant mylk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds/ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop Plant protein powder (opt)
  • 1 tbsp Wheatgrass powder (opt)
  • 1 tsp Chlorella and spirulina mix (opt)
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender - it helps to add the liquid first, then any powders and flax seeds/chia seeds, then frozen banana and spinach.
  2. Give the blender container a shake to mix ingredients.

  3. Blend - pulse a few times to get it going, then blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a bowl, scraping the sides to get everything.

  5. Top with whatever you fancy - fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, etc and enjoy!
