Overnight Blue Oats

Ingredients
1/2
cup
rolled or quick oats

tbsp
ground flax
chia seeds also work
1/2
tsp
blue spirulina powder
1
scoop vanilla protein powder
A dash of cinnamon + ginger
1/2
cup
milk
I use almond milk
1/2
cup
water
or more milk
Toppings of: sliced banana, blueberries, sliced strawberries, trail mix and smooth peanut butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a container/bowl and leave to set overnight in the fridge
The next morning, mix again and then add your toppings!
