Overnight Blue Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax chia seeds also work
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • A dash of cinnamon + ginger
  • 1/2 cup milk I use almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water or more milk
  • Toppings of: sliced banana, blueberries, sliced strawberries, trail mix and smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a container/bowl and leave to set overnight in the fridge
  2. The next morning, mix again and then add your toppings!
