Instructions
Preheat oven to 175C/350F.
Start by making your flax egg, by combining 1 tbsp ground flax seed with 3 tbsp water and letting sit for ~10mins.
In a large bowl combine all wet ingredients, whisk together; then add all dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour into a baking pan (I used a cake pan) and bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Transfer to a cooling rack, wait to cool, serve and enjoy!
