𝐀𝐩𝐩π₯𝐞 𝐏𝐒𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐬⁣⁣⁣

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flax eggs 2 tbsp ground flax, 6 tbsp water, left to sit until thickened⁣⁣⁣
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed⁣⁣⁣
  • 1 large apple chopped⁣⁣⁣
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • As much cinnamon as you fancy⁣⁣⁣

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare your flax egg.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, pour into a baking dish.

  4. Bake for ~30mins or until golden brown.

  5. Let cool, cut into slices, and enjoy!⁣⁣
